Via Singapore and Batam
The resort’s current arrival service includes a ferry between Singapore’s Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal and Batam, Indonesian immigration processing, ground transfers, and a private seaplane flight from Hang Nadim Airport (BTH) to Bawah. The published seaplane flight is approximately 75 minutes. The overall Singapore-to-resort journey takes considerably longer once ferry schedules, border formalities and ground transfers are considered.
From Jakarta, Bali or elsewhere in Indonesia
You can reach Batam by a domestic flight and transfer to the resort’s seaplane, subject to your reservations and connection timing. From Bali, a connection via Jakarta is commonly required. At the time of checking, the resort lists a published return transfer package from Singapore starting at US$1,050 per person and from Batam at US$850 per person, excluding fuel surcharges.
